We conduct our Planning Conferences via video (or audio only if you prefer). Initial In-Person Meetings are available as well.
As we work on your case, we can come to you at your home or at the office of your financial professional, as well as to your room at the hospital or rehab/skilled nursing facility.
(Cumberland School of Law, 1999, cum laude) is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Montgomery Estate Planning Council, the National Association for Divorce Professionals (Special Needs Chapter), the Alabama Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, Elder Counsel, and the Elder Law and Real Property/Probate/Trust Sections of the Alabama State Bar Association. She has been practicing in areas of proactive planning and administrative/regulatory law almost exclusively for more than 10 years. She's also a graduate of the Elmore County, Alabama, Master Gardener class of 2018, but she still can't grow squash.
